The Villa Cabrini Seniors Residence in the heart of Osborne Village is an 8-floor living complex with 123 rental apartments for adults 55 years and older. Application form.

The apartments are one-bedroom and support independent living. The suites have updated vinyl plank flooring, counter tops, cabinets, and appliances. You can view floor plans here.

Monthly rent is $894 plus a $33 programming fee for a one bedroom suite (554 – 572 sq/ft). There are subsidies available for those who are eligible. The monthly rent includes heat, water, hydro and air conditioning. Telephone, cable and laundry are not included in the rent. All leases are on a month-to-month basis.

Underground, heated parking is also available for $55 per month for tenants.  There is no designated handicap parking, but there is wheelchair access at the front door with a special key to let residents in, all doors are fully automatic.

Villa Cabrini is an independent living housing complex, and does not offer home care or tenant companions on site. The Villa maintains an “expression of interest list” at no charge to interested parties. When a suite becomes available, we will go to this list first – before advertising.  It is a good idea to get on our “expression of interest list” by filling out the application form.
